SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

Things to know prior to your appointment


  • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours before the scheduled appointment begins. Cancellations made after the 48 hour cut-off and no shows will be charged the full appointment amount.


  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, it is your responsibility to find a new day/time and reschedule the appointment online and cancel the appointment you do not want through the emails regarding the unwanted appointment. . 


  • We DO NOT accept voicemail cancellations, email cancellations or text cancellations . Please cancel your appointment at your convenience through any email you receive regarding your appointment by clicking "Manage Appointment" at the bottom of the email or with a Nail Joy associate over the phone. If you do not receive a text and/or email confirming the cancellation within 24 hours, please contact Nail Joy by phone as soon as you can.


  • If you have more than one service booked for your scheduled appointment and you decide on the day of your appointment to cancel one of those services, you will be responsible for the full amount of the cancelled service at check out. 


  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you as much as we can with the time remaining for your appointment however you will still be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled appointment at check out.


  • Please make sure to remove any product such as acrylic or SNS prior to your appointment. We are a toxic free salon and do not work with such mediums nor do we remove them.


  • Please refrain from using your phone during your manicure service unless it is an emergency. 


FAQ

  • What services would best fit my nail goals and address my nail concerns?
  • If this is your first time booking with Nail Joy and you are unsure of what services to choose, book a new client consultation.  During this time we will be able to discuss all of your nail concerns, nail goals and come up with a plan for your journey to healthy, natural nails. 
  • Why is the day and time I chose unavailable?
  • It may be possible another appointment is booked at that particular time. 
  • Each of our services take a specific amount of time to complete so the services selected to book may be too long to book in a particular time slot. 
  • Because appointments are booked no more than three (3) months in advanced, the day and time chosen may be too far in advanced to book.   
  • Why is a credit card required to book an appointment?
  • We require a credit/debit card to book an appointment so that our employees are protected from last minute cancellations and no shows.  We ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation/no show fees and so that we may have the time to fill the vacant time slot.



Our Story

Nail Joy, LLC is owned and operated by Meagan Joy Whitfield. It was birthed after years of hearing her clients' desire for beautiful, long, healthy nails that were all their own. She researched and tried many different products and techniques until she finally found a combination that has been proven to be consistently successful. Nail Joy only uses toxic free, cruelty free and vegan products on the natural nail to ensure your nails are getting the best possible care while wearing a great looking manicure, or pedicure!
